Description
These are two early 19th-century buildings, likely dating to around 1735, that have been altered over time. They are two stories high and have been stuccoed and whitened. Number 31 has two bays on the ground floor, while number 33 has one. The windows are sash windows, with some original glazing bars remaining. Number 31 features a doorcase with Tuscan pilasters, and number 33 has an engaged Doric column doorcase. The front door of number 31 is a six-panel door with fielded upper panels and panelled reveals. The buildings form part of a wider group of listed buildings along South Street.
