Description
Town Hill Park House is a villa built in 1795, with early 20th century wings added on either side that lack special architectural interest. The central north front is two storeys high and finished in stucco. The roof is now covered with modern pantiles. The façade features five bays, with the three central windows projecting slightly under a pediment that has a blank cartouche. The end window bays have sash windows with glazing bars and wooden shutters. The first floor central windows have blank panels above them and are adorned with moulded architraves that include keystones. The ground floor showcases triple round-headed arcading with keystones and a band between the floors. The modern doors are present, and the south elevation mirrors the north front but includes a sundial set into the pediment, along with triple round-headed arches supported by Tuscan half columns on the ground floor.
