Description
Bailliff's Cottage is an 18th-century building that has been altered since its original construction. It connects to a dovecote and a coach house (listed separately). The cottage is built of red brick, with some blue bricks incorporated, featuring rubbed brick flat arches. It has a tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows, which are glazing bar sash windows with keystones. A band runs over the ground floor of the right-hand bays, continuing from the coach house. The description indicates that the cottage originally appears to have been constructed of silver-grey bricks with red brick dressings. The interior has been altered.
