Description
Church Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of red brick, which has been painted, and features a slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The central entrance is a 20th-century part-glazed door, which is sheltered by a sloping hood with a slate roof supported by brackets. The ground floor has two-light 20th-century casement windows with flat-arched brick heads. There are also two gabled dormer windows in the attic. A single-storey extension is located at the rear left of the cottage. The interior has not been inspected.
