Description

Sareth Cottage is a mid-18th century building that was originally two cottages but has been converted into one house. It is constructed of brick and has two storeys with four windows, plus one blank wall. The roof is covered with old tiles, and the eaves are made of brick with a toothed design that has been painted. The cottage features sash windows with glazing bars, and one doorway has been bricked up. The entrance door consists of six panels and is topped with a plain segmental hood, along with an added brick porch. The exterior is finished with red facing bricks, and the ground floor windows have gauged arches.
