Description

Blake Cottage is an 18th-century building that has been altered over time. It stands two storeys high and features five windows. The cottage has a thatched roof and red brick walls laid in Flemish bond with blue headers. There is a first-floor band with moulding and a plinth on the west side, which stops at one of two pilasters. The windows are casements, and the doors are modern boarded types. The north-west gable displays bands at both the first and second floors, and above these, there is a decorative pattern made of blue bricks. The building has been modernised.
