Description

No. 152 on Southampton Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of red brick. It features a cill band at the first floor, a stucco cornice, and a hipped slate roof at the front. The building stands two storeys tall and has one range of windows, with glazing bar sash windows on the first floor and a later three-light bay window on the ground floor. To the left, there is a later single-storey extension with two windows and an entrance leading to Chesterman Street.
