Description

No. 106 Southampton Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall. The exterior is rendered and features a cornice and blocking course, topped with a slate roof. The building has four bays, each fitted with glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is a door and shop front from the 1870s, which includes pilasters and a corniced fascia. Additionally, there is an aluminium rainwater head located to the north.
