Description

No. 175 on Station Street is a building dating from around 1840 and later. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. The façade features two sash windows with engraved stucco lintels that have cornices supported by leaf consoles, along with a sill band and corbelled wood eaves. The roof is covered with slates. The building also has a well-preserved late 19th-century shop front, which includes arched glazing bars, a panelled stall riser, and a plain doorway on the left-hand side, all beneath a moulded wood cornice.
