Description

170 to 172 Station Street is a pair of modest cottages built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from red brick and stand two storeys tall, featuring four windows, of which only two retain their original sash frames. The windows have keyblocks and channelled lintels. There are three plain doorways, each with similar heads and simple panelled doors. Number 170 has a modern window at the ground storey. The cottages have brick modillion eaves and are topped with tiles.
