Description

This is a row of late 17th-century houses on Church Road, Caversham. The buildings are constructed of painted brick with an old tile roof, hipped to the left. They feature three brick ridge chimneys and three dormers. Numbers 1 and 3 retain their original cross casement windows, with two windows each. Number 5 has a pebbledashed exterior and new casement windows. The ground floor has three early 20th-century shop fronts with curved fascia brackets. A tile-hung gable is located on the left.
