Description
This is a First World War memorial constructed in 1920. The memorial is a granite cross set upon a large plinth. A plaque affixed to the front of the plinth is inscribed with the words "TO THE HONOURED MEMORY/ OF THE MEN FROM THIS PARISH/ WHO DIED FOR THEIR COUNTRY/ IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919". Inside Christ Church, a further plaque is located on the wall of the south aisle, detailing the names of those who died.
