Description
St Agnes is a Tudor cottage built around 1835. It features scalloped bargeboards on the gables and hoodmoulds above the windows. The building is two storeys high, constructed of flint with brick quoins and dressings on the north side. The south front is stuccoed and has a central gable with a vent shaped like a cross-arrow loop. There are two ranges of casement windows, and a modern sun porch has been added. The west front displays three gables of varying sizes, with a cross-arrow loop vent in the left-hand gable. On the first floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows. A central projecting gable porch includes a hoodmould above a round-headed doorway, and there is a two-light mullion window to the left.
