The buildings are two storeys high, constructed from red brick with silver grey headers, and feature old tile hipped roofs. Nos 87 and 89 have half-hipped roofs with a central chimney. No 85 has three bays, while Nos 87 and 89 have two bays. There are flanking screen walls with curved coping, except to the right of No 85, which screens a single-storey lean-to of one bay. The cottages have glazing bar sash windows. No 85 has a central six-panel door with a radiating fanlight set in an arched recess. The doors for Nos 87 and 89 are located in the side wings, with the outer doorways blocked. No 87 retains a trellis porch.
