Description
Cosham Park House is a mid-19th century villa that now serves as a further education centre. It is constructed from yellow gault brick in Flemish bond and features a low pitch Welsh slate hipped roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building has two storeys and three bays, presenting a symmetrical front. A cast-iron verandah spans the ground floor, adorned with panelled railings that have crossed bars linking circles. The central entrance consists of a two-leaf, eight-panelled door set beneath a flat gauged brick arch. On the first floor, there is a two-leaf, two-pane French casement door at the centre leading to a balcony, flanked by 16-pane sash windows, each set under a flat gauged brick arch. The flat eaves are supported by paired brackets. To the right of the original structure, there is a 20th-century single-storey extension.
