Description
The outbuilding at Grange Farm, located to the northeast of the farmhouse, is a Grade II listed structure dating from the early 18th century. It was designed in the style of the outbuildings of Chicheley Hall and has a chequer brick exterior with a hipped roof covered in old tiles. The building is two storeys high and features a brick chimney on the left side.
The south front has three bays, although the original openings have been bricked up; it previously had four-light wood mullioned and transomed windows along with a plain central door. The side elevations consist of two bays, with two blank windows on the west elevation. It is believed that this outbuilding was constructed as an eyecatcher, marking the end of an avenue that is aligned with the north elevation of Chicheley Hall.
Inside, there is a large fireplace in the smaller room on the left, with a brick stack that appears to have been added at a later date.
