Description

St Mary's Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been altered over time. It is timber framed, though this is concealed by colourwashed rendering. The cottage features a thatched roof with a central brick chimney and has one storey with an attic that includes a two-light dormer with a slate apron. The ground floor has three modern casement windows, while the gable ends display exposed timber framing. At the rear, there is a modern flat-roofed extension. Inside, the cottage retains exposed timber framing.
