Description

ROCHESTER MAIDSTONE ROAD TQ 7468 SW 9/171 Nos 61 and 63 23-8-74 GV II Pair of houses. Late C18. Gault brick; renewed concrete interlocking tile roof. Double depth, stacks of roof valley. 2 storeys. Front: each a one-window range; 2 light casement dormer windows. Ground and 1st floor windows all under rubbed red brick arches; No 63 retains its 12-pane horned sashes in reveals; No 61 with renewed casement to 1st floor and plate-glass horned sash to ground. Doorways with round-headed rubbed brick arches, imposts and shallow reveals; panelled doors with fanlight, blocked to No 61, with glazing bars to No 63. Rear with C20 casements.
