Description

Albert Barracks, located on the Osborne Estate, dates from around 1860. This unique structure is a toy earthwork fort that was built by Queen Victoria's children, who even made the bricks themselves. The fort has an L-shaped design and is constructed from red and yellow bricks, with some black bricks incorporated. It features a cemented roof and is listed for its historical interest.
