Description

Haven House, formerly known as Olga House, is a villa dating from around 1830. It is two storeys high and has a stucco exterior, flanked by pilaster strips and a plinth. The villa features a low-pitched hipped slate roof with wide eaves. There are four windows, two of which are in a shallow bow that extends through both storeys on the east side. These windows are recessed, with sash frames and intact glazing bars. The entrance, which was previously obscured by a Victorian conservatory, has a recessed door with six fielded panels and a semi-circular fanlight above. To the east, there is a slightly later stable wing that includes a cornice and parapet, along with one window that has later glazing bars.
