Description
Hope Cottage is an L-shaped 18th century cottage made of ashlar and painted, topped with a tiled roof. It has two storeys and three windows. On both floors, there are two modern five-sided bays made of tarred weatherboarding with casement windows. Between these bays is a 19th century gabled porch featuring a round-headed window above it on the first floor. Fryers Cottage, which is attached, is an early 19th century cottage that is cement rendered and also has two storeys with three casement windows. It includes a gabled porch with a modern corbel head.
