Description
The 18th century outbuilding at Cockleton Farm, formerly known as Cockleton Farmhouse, is L-shaped in design. The front elevation is constructed of red brick resting on a base of stone rubble, while the side elevations are made entirely of stone rubble. The roof is currently covered with corrugated iron sheeting. The building features three casement windows with cambered heads and a simple doorcase, although the original porch has been removed.
