The building has two storeys, with two windows and a central round-headed window space. It includes two 12-pane sash windows and a central round-headed doorcase that has moulded architraves, a semi-circular fanlight, and a four-panelled door. Attached to the house is a stuccoed plinth, approximately 1 foot high, which is moulded at the top and has cast iron spear railings.
