Description

74 and 75 St James's Street are late 18th century buildings that stand three storeys tall, constructed of painted brick. They feature a low pitch gable end roof covered with old tiles and have a wooden eaves cornice. The second floor has two sash windows with glazing bars, which are set in moulded flush wood frames and have thin block sills. Number 74 has a small early 19th century shop front frame, which is adorned with Doric pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. These buildings, along with Nos 67 to 76, form a cohesive group.
