Two houses, originally one house, later house and post office. C17 origin but Post Office appears externally early C18 refenestrated in late C20 and Brooklyn early C19. Post Office is of brick in English bond, now painted with tiled roof and brick chimneystack. Two parallel ranges, 2 storeys; 3 windows. Late C20 UPVC windows with cambered heads to ground floor. Right side doorcase with flat wooden hood on brackets and original door, with C20 glazing installed. Brooklyn adjoins at right angles. Stuccoed except for brick rear elevation, with hipped tiled roof and 2 cemented chimneystacks. Two storeys 4 windows. The two central window bays project. Four-centred arched windows with Gothic casements. Ground floor has trellis-work verandah. Left side Doric doorcase with fluted half columns and triglyph frieze. Blanks in left hand side wall. Later C19 1 bay brick extension to right hand side.

Post Office of red brick in English bond with tiled roof and brick chimneystack. 2 parallel ranges, 2 storeys, 3 windows. Sashes including central 1st floor blank. Most are early C18 12-pane sashes with thick glazing bars. Ground floor windows have cambered heads. Right side doorcase with flat wooden hood on brackets and 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Brooklyn is an early C19 L range. Stuccoed except for brick rear elevation, with hipped tiled roof and 2 cemented chimneystacks. 2 storeys 4 windows. The central 2 window bays project. 4-centred arched windows with Gothic casements. Ground floor has trellis-work verandah. Left side Doric doorcase with fluted half columns and triglyph frieze. Blanks in left hand side wall. Later C19 1 bay brick extension to right hand side.
