Description
Bowcombe Farmhouse is a 17th-century building located on Bowcombe Road in Carisbrooke. It is constructed of stone rubble and has two storeys with a gable end tiled roof, featuring a saddle stone and kneelers. The farmhouse includes four casement windows and a doorway that is adorned with rustic wood columns and a flat hood above.
Adjoining the farmhouse to the southeast is a cottage, which is now used as the farm office. This cottage is also two storeys high and built of stone rubble, with a gable end tiled roof, saddle stone, and kneelers. It has two casement windows and a doorway that features Doric pilasters and a flat hood above.
