Description
Clatterford House, a hotel, is an 18th-century building that has undergone alterations in the 19th century and has modern additions. It is two storeys high with an attic, featuring grey headers with red brick dressings and a chequered brick pattern. The gable end has a tiled roof and there are three dormers. The house has eight windows, including two in a rebuilt bay to the south, which are sash windows with glazing bars, moulded flush wood frames, and block sills. There are also two 19th-century bay windows. The property has two doors: one is modern and the other is a panelled door with three Tudor arched lights, both set within plain doorcases.
