Description

Number 10 is a terraced house located on St George's Terrace in Brighton, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of stucco and features a tiled roof. It stands three storeys high with a dormer above a basement, and has a two-window range. All windows are flat arched, and the entryway is round-arched with a fanlight above. The ground floor showcases banded rustication, and to the right of the entry is a full-height segmental bay with tripartite windows, which are sashes of original design. The window above the entry is blocked and has a projecting sill. The house is topped with a cornice and parapet, and there is a flat-arched dormer. Stacks are located at the party wall. The interior has not been inspected. The property also features railings to the stair and area.
