Description

Norton House A and B, along with The Penthouse, is an early 19th-century detached house with later additions. The house is rendered with a tile roof. It is two storeys with an attic, and has a four-window front. The main house is double-fronted, featuring broad, two-storey canted bays on either side of a round-arched entrance. All windows are flat-arched, with a cornice and parapet above. Dormers are incorporated into the mansard roof. A two-storey bay extends to the south, with a slightly higher gabled wing to the east of it. Lower gabled additions, dating from the late 19th century, are situated on the north side. The interior was not inspected.
