Description

This is a K6 telephone kiosk located south of Bloomsbury Place in Brighton. It was designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and made by various contractors. The kiosk is constructed from cast iron and has a square shape with a domed roof. The top panes feature unperforated crowns, and the windows and door have margin glazing. A plaque on the rear wall reads: "Lion Foundry Co. Ltd. [first 2 characters obscured] -rkintloch".
