Description

No. 143 is a terraced house located on Whipps Cross Road in Leytonstone, dating from the mid to late 18th century. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a slate mansard roof with a parapet. It has two storeys plus dormers and is five windows wide, with the three left-hand bays forming a two-storey canted bay window. The entrance has a Doric pedimented doorcase situated at the second bay from the right, though the door itself is from the 20th century. The windows are square-headed, with flush framed sashes and plate glass. The interior has not been inspected.
