Description
Nos 34 and 36 New Wanstead are a semi-detached pair of houses, likely built in the early to mid-19th century. They are two stories tall and feature two and three window bays. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick and have low pitch slate roofs with wide eaves. The ground floor windows are adorned with semi-circular gauged brick arches and Gothic glazing bars, while the upstairs windows are double hung sashes with plain glazing bars. No 34 has a modern porch, and No 36 features a mid-19th century stucco aedicule at the entrance.
