  1. Early to mid C19. Yellow brick and stucco. Two storeys with 2 single dormers in slated hipped mansard roof. Three bays wide, with channelled stucco ground storey. Recessed round headed entrance doorway with ornamental fanlight. Criss-cross balcony railings to first floor windows. Square headed sash windows. Central first floor blind window.
