Churchyard monument. Headstone to Charlotte and Henry Cain, 1871, signed S.J. Griffiths carver no.10 Callow Street Chelsea. Portland stone. Gabled headstone with pinnacles and cross finial, with high portrait reliefs set within trefoil-headed arches below a bordered relief of the hand of God; relief of anchor at base. An exceptional Gothic Revival headstone with unusual portraits of the deceased. Some weathering. (Catalogue no. 180)
