Description

This is a small house, likely originally a stable block associated with the former Lauriston House. It was probably built around 1700. The exterior is painted brick with a pantiled roof extending to the eaves. The building is two storeys high and has eight bays. The third and fourth bays from the left are slightly forward, topped with a pediment containing a blind rectangular window. The upper floor features round-headed blind windows. The other windows are square-headed, some of which are blind, while others have sash windows with sixteen panes and glazing bars. A brick band runs around the building between the two storeys. A timber eaves cornice finishes the roof.
