Description

The Oziers is an early 19th-century house that has been refaced with stucco. It stands three storeys tall with an attic and features two double-hung sash windows set within reveals. There are bands at the first and second floor levels, and the building is topped with a pediment and parapet, along with a Welsh slate roof that includes two dormers. The east elevation is highlighted by a porch supported by Doric square piers and an entablature.
