The fenestration is arranged as 2:3:2. The sides of the building project with two-storey bows, and the first and second floors are adorned with giant Corinthian pilasters. The first-floor outer windows are framed by pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment. A ground-floor colonnade of paired Ionic columns is centrally located, with a balustraded balcony above, featuring wooden trelliswork and a metal canopy. The bows are primarily later additions.
