  2. C18. 3 storeys. Ground floor stuccoed. 4 windows with slightly cambered brick arches. Magnolia windows have glazing bars and iron balconettes on the 2nd floor. Ground floor windows in moulded architrave. Parapet. Door with fanlight in porch with Doric piers and moulded cornice.
