Description

Little Sutton Cottage is a building with origins dating back to the 16th century. It has an L-shaped design and consists of two storeys. The roof is modern and covered with tiles. The exterior features colour-washed brick, with the right-hand side rendered and supported by two full-length buttresses. There are two windows with three-light mullions and modern leaded glazing. The entrance door is framed with a plain wood architrave. At the rear, there is one gabled dormer with four lights and weatherboarded sides, along with a three-light window. An extension on the right side at the rear includes a two-light window and a single-light window. There is also a paved narrow single-light window in the gable end. Additionally, there is a one-storey outshot with pantiles and a single casement window. The left side of the L-extension projects slightly, and the roof slopes sharply down to the first floor level.
