Description

Ramin Cottage is a 17th-century, two-storey cottage with two windows located on the north side of High Road in Eastcote. The cottage features visible timber framing with brick nogging on the first floor and a brick ground floor. It has an old tiled roof that includes two moulded compound stacks and one dormer. The gable end facing the road has roughcast filling that overhangs. The cottage has modern small casement windows, except on the left side where there is one horizontal sliding sash and one fixed light, both with glazing bars. There are 19th-century and modern additions to the north and east that are in keeping with the original structure.
