Description
The Old Shooting Box is a 16th-century cottage located on the north side of High Road in Eastcote. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows. The cottage was extended and refaced in the 18th century. The ground floor is covered with whitewashed weatherboarding, while the first floor is tile-hung. There are three double-hung sash windows set within architraves. The south elevation of the ground floor includes a modern brick verandah and French windows. The entrance features an 18th-century door with six fielded panels. The cottage has an old tiled roof with three modern dormers. Inside, there is a Tudor moulded batten door and a long rear lean-to.
