It features a timber frame with white painted brick nogging and a thatched roof that is hipped to the east, with a partial catslide to the rear. The cottage has an end stack to the west and a ridge stack that is off-centre to the east, along with two eye brow dormers that contain 2-light casements facing south. The structure consists of two framed bays, with one storey and an attic on the west side and one storey on the east side. The south front includes a 20th-century hipped bay window to the left, two 20th-century casements to the right, and a 20th-century door with a gabled porch, flanked by two small casements positioned between the first and second windows from the left.
