Description

Bellevue is a late 18th-century lobby-entry house located on Lower Bedfords Road, Romford. The house is timber-framed and clad in weatherboarding, standing two storeys high. The ground floor features top-opening windows, while small casement windows are situated above. The roof is tiled, with a brick stack exhibiting raised bands. A rear extension projects outwards with a catslide roof. A later timber-framed extension is attached to the east of the building. A substantial two-storey addition exists to the west, rendered in a modern style. A new section of roof is covered with modern tiles.
