Description
Sullen's Farmhouse is a 16th-century timber-framed house with early 19th-century additions, located on Sunning's Lane in Corbets Tey. The main part of the farmhouse was originally a hall-house with two bays and two storeys, featuring a rendered exterior and a modern tiled roof. At the rear, there is a large external brick stack. The early 19th-century cross-wing is also two storeys and appears to incorporate part of an earlier structure. It has a rendered exterior and a shallow-pitched slated roof with projecting eaves. The gable wall facing the road is adorned with pilaster strips on either side. Additionally, there is a later lean-to addition on the north side of the cross-wing that contains the main entrance.
