Description

Great Sunnings is a 17th-century building located on Sunning's Lane in Corbets Tey. It is two storeys high and features colourwashed plastered timber-framing. The structure consists of one long range with a three-storey cross gable in the centre. Throughout the building, there are small casements or small sash windows. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there is a six-shafted diagonal stack positioned to the right of the centre, which is cemented. The building is also illustrated in Wilson's "Sketches of Upminster."
