25 Gentleman’s Row is a mid-19th century, two-storey, two-window cottage. It features a slated roof with eaves soffit and painted brick walls. The cottage has segment-headed recessed sash windows with glazing bars. There is a modern door and a bow window located under a dentilled cornice hood.
