Description
Eastbury is a house that likely dates back to the 17th century and features timber framing with a later facade. It has two storeys and an attic, with five windows. The building has a high-pitched tiled roof that includes three flat dormers. The front is mostly restored and made of early 18th-century red brick, complete with a cornice and a stone-coped parapet. The windows are 18th-century sash windows with glazing bars set in exposed moulded frames. The entrance features a doorcase with fluted pilasters and an entablature. There is a projecting one-bay extension on the left side. Eastbury is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 33 (odd), along with all mentioned walls and railings and The Coach House.
