Description

THE AVENUE 1. 5010 (east side) W4 Nos 28 and 30 TQ 2179 7/58 2.2.70. II GV 2. Circa 1880. By R N Shaw, a variant of the third semi-detached design. Pair of red and yellow brick houses with Dutch gable to each house and tiled roofs. Two storeys and attics. Round arched entrances with broken pediments over. No 30 has had the brickwork coloured and the gable rendered.
