Description

Nos 28 and 30 on The Avenue are a pair of semi-detached houses built around 1880 by architect R N Shaw. They are constructed of red and yellow brick and feature Dutch gables and tiled roofs. The houses are two storeys tall with attics and have round arched entrances topped with broken pediments. Notably, No 30 has had its brickwork painted and the gable rendered.
