Description

THE AVENUE 1. 5010 (west side) W4 TQ 2179 7/47 2.2.70 Nos 27 and 29 II GV 2. Circa 1880. By R N Shaw, after the third published semi-detached design. Pair of red and yellow brick houses with tiled roofs. Two storeys and attics. Each house has a single storey bay and a hooded entrance door. Coved eaves cornice. Large gabled dormer to each house. No 29 retains the brick pier and wooden railing on dwarf brick wall to the front garden.
