Description

The Avenue numbers 23 and 25 are a pair of red brick houses dating to circa 1880, designed by R N Shaw as a variation on his third semi-detached design. They have tiled roofs. The houses are two storeys high with attics; number 23 has a three-storey gabled bay with an oversailing top storey, while number 25 has a single-storey bay. Hoods cover the entrance doors. A large gabled dormer is located on number 25.
